Volunteers Needed

Volunteer Coach: Every coach in our program is a volunteer. If teams don't have a volunteer coach than that team will not be formed until a parent or volunteer is found.  Volunteer coaches will be provided guidance by the Coordinator of Youth Development.

Team Manager: This person is responsible for helping the coach disseminate information, organize snacks or drinks, and to provide other necessary support.

Field Marshal: Every team must have at least one Field Marshal willing to donate an hour each week on game day. It doesn’t have to be the same person every week and it probably helps if everyone pitches in at least one week during the season. Field Marshals will be provided with rules, a radio to ask for help when necessary, and information to help make the game day the most enjoyable experience possible. Field Marshals will be expected to answer questions to the best of their ability, ask parents that are acting inappropriate to control themselves, and to make  the Recreation Director of Coaching aware of the positives and negatives of game days.
